Product Description: Baodu’ Light steel villas combined FrameCAD software with Heyes' roll forming technology.  Frame CAD from New Zealand are automatic bending, cutting, punching, accuracy ±0.5mm. G550-AZ150 steel and all alu- zinc treatment. Our advantages are: 1. Suitable for extreme climate, can endure 9 grade seismic, 12 grade hurricane, 1500mm snow load, 2.5h fire resistance. 2. Moisture-proof and great ventilation design. 3.  Long lifespan up to 50 years. 4. Dry construction and recycled building materials, environment-friendly. 5. Short construction period, saving up to 50% time period of construction. Framing System Solution Light steel frame: Light steel frame takes composite G550 steel(AU standard) as raw material, which have characteristics of light weight, high strength. General steel is about 25 to 30 kg / ㎡. 50 years lifetime corrosion resistance with galvanized AZ150 generally if there is no special anticorrosive requirement.
